The firm was established in the year 2002 (since converted into LLP) by senior chartered accountants, all of whom have post qualification experience of around 25 years with specialization in Assurance and Attest Services, Accounts, Tax Consultancy and Compliance and Management Consultancy Services.

All the partners were associated with big four accounting firms. They have exposure of working in global environment and rendering professional services in tune with clients’ specific requirements and expectation in today’s scenario. The firm is sharing the knowledge of the partners having thorough exposure of working with international professional firms and financial institutions.

The partners have adequate experience in rendering professional services in different type of business set-ups and NGOs not only in India but places like Canada, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Philippines. Some of the partners have served as member of Board of Directors of Nationalized Bank and Foreign based Private Sector Companies.

The firm shares the combined knowledge of the partners in different sectors like Bank, Financial Institution, NBFC, Hospitality, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Telecom, Power, FMCG, Mining, Construction of Express-Highway, Tea, Sugar, Jute, Textile, Paper, Civil and Mechanical Construction etc.

Since its establishment, the firm has rendered a wide range of Attest and Assurance services to MNCs, public and private sector banks, listed companies amongst others. The firm has been in the forefront in providing Tax advisory services to leading corporates and MNCs in Kolkata. In addition, we have conducted various assignments related to corporate finance and restructuring, due diligence and transaction support services for various companies pan-India.
