The firm was established in the year 2002 (since converted into LLP) by senior chartered accountants, all of whom have post qualification experience of around 25 years with specialization in Assurance and Attest Services, Accounts, Tax Consultancy and Compliance and Management Consultancy Services.

All the partners were associated with big four accounting firms.
